Since Rod Campbell-Taylor founded the firm in 1996 it has become one of a small number of firms specialising in capacity (Court of Protection), community care and mental health law. If you are elderly or for whatever reason vulnerable, then we may be able to assist you to maintain your liberty, dignity and independence, as well as helping you plan and manage your personal affairs.

 

We undertake a mix of legal aid and private client work. We have contracts with the Legal Services Commission in mental health and community care including an exclusive LSC contract to provide community care advice in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
