Administration of estates
The process of administering a deceased person’s estate is often known as obtaining probate. When someone dies it is necessary to deal with their estate by collecting in all their money, paying any debts and funeral expenses and distributing what is left to the people who are entitled to it. A grant of probate is the court’s authority to the executors of the will for them to deal with the deceased person’s assets.
We can also assist where the deceased has not made a will and apply for what is known as a letter of administration.
